If not, the club will provide a hat, mallet and knee pads. Please wear trousers/jeans, a boot with a small heel and grip and a t-shirt or something comfortable. Once you decide to join us you can ask any committee member or our coach about riding equipment!

As we are outside most of the time, please also bring a raincoat just incase!

Yes! You can join at ANY time no matter your riding experience! Many of our members had never ever sat on a horse or been near a horse before joining us, we cater to all abilities and you will not be alone so please do not worry if you have never ridden before.

If you HAVE ridden before but have NOT played polo then you will still be a beginner, regardless of normal riding ability as it is a completely different way of riding and controlling the horse so everyone will be in a beginner lesson learning basics.

Once you have paid membership, you will be added to our private Facebook group, where lessons are posted every Sunday in a Facebook poll. You simply click the date you would like to attend and you will be registered for that lesson.

We operate a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. If you do not turn up to your lesson on the day without informing our lesson co-ord more than 24 hours previously or are later than 15 mins past the start time and have not informed anyone, you will still be charged the lesson fee to be payable ASAP to the club.
